Do you have a belly piercing? Because there is an artery that runs through there and if that is somehow punctured... well, it wouldn't be good. Yes, see a doctor.

thats really not normal... unless you like fell down and cut yourself somehow... but yeah i think you should get that checked that shouldn't happen to people
