For some strange reason Ive have 'Tarzan Boy' by 'Baltimora' in my head for the last 3 days. Ive no idea why. Its from the 80's If you dont know it check it out on youtube but dont blame me if you have the same problem. It was absolutly dreadful.
I might have heard on the the radio recently of something.
Its absolutly crap and is driving me insane. Short of seeking psychiatric help or spending time in a sensory deprivation tank can anyone help.
Who the hell was Baltimora anyway. In fact no dont tell me I already know too much.

This is real cruel but try playing it a few times over and singing aloud to it.. or try and get some other annoying song to replace it. Or just suffer quietly, I remember the song, god it was horrible!!

SOLOUTION:

1: take headphones or REALLY loud sound system
2: turn volume to max
3: Insert Dark Side Of The Moon by Pink Floyd
4: Be blown away by the sheer briliance of the band that you dont remember said $hit band any more.

failing pink floyd any of the following will do:
jimi hendrix, killers, franz ferdinand, bob marley, rolling stones, kooks, smashing pumpkins, razorlight or The Killers

Pick some piece of music that you won't mind being stuck with (I tend to pick a musical, so when I'm tired of one song, I go on to another from the same musical).

Sing it over to yourself.

Every time you notice the song you hate in your head, drown in out with something else.

Someone once told me that "Girl from Ipenima" [sp?] will get rid of any song stuck in your head, but that nothing gets rid of it, once it gets lodged. I don't subscribe to this theory, BTW, but found it interesting.

Good luck. Although I don't know that song (and don't want to), I do know what it's like to have something you hate stuck in your head.

I just drown it out with something I like. (I need to take my own advice as I've got "Why Don't We Get Drunk and Screw" in there now and it's driving me batty. I don't even KNOW the freakin' song!)

I get that too. The last one I had was "Lord of the dance". But it went away after about a week, yours will too.
