Go up to her and just say hello. She'll say hello back and make small talk. Make sure you have a galpal tom come with you so that the girl doesn't feel uncomfortable and make it clear you and your friend ae only that. COme off as nice, sweet, funny yet mysterious(how you do that? I don't know, men just seem to natrually do that anyways).

you can use the line that Nick Hogan (Hulk Hogan's son) uses. go up to her and say "Hey, do you know how much a polar bear weighs" she'll say "No." then you say "Enough to break the ice, my name is..." Corny lines like that work sometimes. LOL. if not, just walk up to her and jump right into it. introduce yourself and just talk to her about her classes and school stuff. you'll feel much more confident once you do.
