Most craft sections in large superstores will have something. You might also want to check the girls section of any toy department.
If this is just for a personal project and not a gift, I would reccomend visiting a bead or craft store, you could get all the parts and make something really unique at a fraction of the cost of a kit.

if you live in new york you can purchase The kit on 6Th ave between 37Th and 38th street in Manhattan. and if you want some nice looking earring,necklace, and bracelet for a price you can try earring plaza located on 29Th and 6Th ave that area is like a jewelry district.
