I need help, in those letters are a phrase or word unknown. Those letters in the paranthesis are supposed to be green. Figure it out. It has to do with spying.

[t] = to or the
[o] = of

Anyway I think all the [ ] are suppose to be abbreviations and these are the most likely.◘
