Legalize? I'd change assault & battery back to a $50 (one time only fee) misdemeaner so long as no weapons were involved because I truly believe some people do need their @$$ kicked.
Outlaw? Country music, NASCAR, trailer parks, inbreeding,rebel flags, camoflauge (unless you're in the armed services)
I would also put out a bounty on rednecks, those idiots would wipe each other out in an attempt to collect and the public would never have to pay a dime. It might cut down on the consumption of chicken in this country as well.

I would legalize...ugh to much thinking so I don't know about this one.
and I would outlaw- no offense but gay marriages only b/c I am a firm believer in Christ and his word and in his word it is a sin to have same sex marriages. I have nothing against people who like the same sex. Trust me. Alot of my friends are bi or gay. nothing against them.
