Yes, my husband and I go quite often. We bid and we buy. You have to be careful and know your prices. People get excited and overspend on used stuff- sometimes you can buy new for cheaper. (it is actually kind of funny to watch) We have gotten some really good deals on larger items. Try it, they can be a lot of fun.

Weel, on a cruise I went on we went to an art auction and we bid on things we knew we wouldn't get. It was just to compete with the guy who really wanted it. That was the only fun thing about it. In the end we all got a free monolith or something and so we didn't walk away empty handed. Why? You going to one soon?

i went to a house auction and got some antiques
bidding at auctions is addictive!

yeah i've been to regluar auctions and ones at churchs and yes i've bought stuff!!!
