Are you sure you don't mean congruence or confluence?

"Congluence" is not a word.

In any case, when you figure out what word you mean, use a dictionary. Here's a free online dictionary -- www.dictionary.com.

congluence is not in the dictionary.

But confluence is "the junction of two rivers, esp. rivers of approximately equal width"

and congruence means "in agreement or harmony"
