It wouldn't happen... as long as there are candidates, they will vote for themselves.

I don't think this would happen, but for the people who don't vote: you have nothing to complain about the next day if you had nothing to say about it today with your vote.

the candidates and their probly vote and if they did not then they would probly hold the voting again
