Teething. . .
My daughter started cutting her molars around 11 months - and they are hell!!
If she isn't running a fever, there is no infection that the body is fighting. We give our daughter tylenol to help with any discomfort she may experience, but other than that, it is a rather lengthy time, and it could get rough. Just keep an eye on her. If she starts to develop a fever, or she has some other concerns come up, contact your doctor.
The other thing could be allergies. Depending upon the area of the US you live in, that is a distinct possibility. Both I and my daughter suffer from them, and they are not fun. A good thing to do would be to look at her room - stuffed animals are wonderful places for dust mites to live - which a lot of dust allergy sufferers are really allergic to. We keep our daughter's room very free of dust and the stuffed animals are at a minimum. Look at your home, too. Is it older? Mold is very "thick" this time of year, and that is another thing that could be causing reactions. And did you recently change detergents, soaps or dryer sheets? Another few things that could bring on that sort of reaction.
Good luck!!

If the nasal discharge is clear: Allergies
If the nasal discharge is other than clear: Cold, etc
Be careful with suctioning the nose, you can damage the nasal passage. There are OTC nasal sprays that are just salt water. Also to a humidfier is great for congestion. If she starts having a problem at night sleeping, elevate her head (place pillow under mattress). Talk to the dr about rx an allergy medicine. My babies take Zytec.

It's a good possibility it could be seasonal allergies. Your child's doctor can give you allergy medicine to clear that right up.

She could be teething again or it could be a sinus infection. In either case take her to the pediatrician to get a professional's opinion.

Might just be her allergies. I know my 2 kids have been cursed with it. Just to make sure, call your doctor and ask the nurse. :)
