Marques Colston

2006-11-07 04:52:22 · answer #1 · answered by basis_point 2 · 2 0

Colston is doing the most for his team right now. But there are some good rookies out there that are in positions that take more time to develop. I think Matt Leinart is going to be a great QB in the future, though he doesn't have much of a chance for rookie of the year, and Antonio Cromartie is beginning to look like the second coming of Dion Sanders, but again they need a season or two to catch on. So yeah, I'd say Colston right now, but there are guys out there that beat him when it comes to potential.

It's unanimous. Colsten, definitely. Nobody else has made such an impact on their team right away. But if people are saying Maroney, then you have to mention Maurice Jones-Drew in Jax. Especially considering his size. He's done a great job taking the pressure of Fred Taylor. The Jags are doing a great job at transitioning him into the position. Keep an eye on him...in a few years he'll be one of the best in the NFL. He's going to have a great career down there just like F.T. (although most people don't recognize that...he's still one of the most underrated players in the last 10 years, despite the fact that most defensive players in the league consider him one of the best.)

Has to be Colston but Laurence Maroney and AJ Hawk is not too far behind. Vince Young shouldn't even be in the discussion.
