It could be swollen glands but i would bring her to a doctor just to be sure

Those are lymph nodes. Because she has a cold, the nodes are inflamed and working overtime. Nothing to be worried about. They'll go back down again, though if she's slender, they may be slightly detectable even when they're normal sized.

They are just enlarged lymph glands, swollen due to infection. Cold, upper respiratory tract infections can cause that.
Nothing to be worried about.

take her to the doctor. i have not heard of this before. but the doc. should be able to calm your nerves. good luck and congrats on the baby.
