No. it's wierd for anyone to wear just eyeliner and no other make-up along with it whether it's a guy or girl. Eyeliner should always be accompanied with a shadow or mascara.

Honey - wear that eyeliner loud and proud.
Makeup on men can be VERY hot.. It always reminds me of GreenDay for some reason, though.. heh. (not a bad thing).
Just make sure you can pull it off.. Eyeliner on one guy may look grungy and dark.. but on the next bloke, it may look kind of queer. Make sure you're getting the look that you're going for.. otherwise you may wind up with unwanted attention!

I know this sounds shallow and awful, but in all honesty, a man has to be super hot to get away with looking good in eyeliner. Many men CAN wear it, few SHOULD wear it.
