In the world of desktop publishing (remember - we don't use typewriters any longer), most use bold face to indicate the name of a play or book. Otherwise yes - use an underline.

*** please note -- the correct answer depends a LOT on which manual of style you're being expected to use***

According to MLA, you could use EITHER italics or underline.

Our Town would actually be in quotations, like so: "Our Town".
It is like this because it is the name of a play. Short stories and novels are underlined or in italics.

First of all, Brooke, Grammar is not spelt "Grammer".

In reply to your question, it would be italicized to highlight that it's the name of a play, ergo, not to be taken in the mundane sense.

All the best.

A title of a book, movie, play, etc. is placed in quotation marks or italicized.

It is grammar ... not grammer.
