alirght, there are things in the anime pointing to the time skip. In the new opening and ending of naruto (episode 203) there is a moment when Naruto is running then morphing into his older version (clothes only shown, no face) and then morphing back. Reason to believe, fillers are almost ending.
There is also reason to believe that the Kakashi Gaidens will be showing before the time skip.
Another rumor I've heard is that they won't be showing naruto II until the manga reaches chapter 400.
So in conclusion, we have to wait and see.

Yeh. this Naruto 2 is just the time skip arc after the long painfull filler and kakashi gaiden arc. But im sure you already know that. It wont be long now that someday the gaiden arc will begin and then go right to the future. i cant wait myself. Cause i saw some actual pictures of the characters. And i must say; Hina's boobies got big!

There were rumors that said it would start at the beginning of the new season(yes a lie) but to be honest I think we will have 2 wait until 2007 for fillers to end. Either fillers end halfway through this season or next season will be the start of Naruto 2

the naruto time skip happen after kakashi's gaiden. which i think might start at episode 210 (but I'M NOT SURE!) this website u keep u updated on future episode titles.
