Try this, 7 days before your period eat 2 ryvitas three times a day or rice cakes if you can stomach them, I have been doing this for a few years now and my PMS is none existent, I went from Mrs narky nickers to a chilled out pussycat, it may take a couple of months to kick in but it does help and it does work, good luck.

Evening Primrose Oil definately! I started taking it about 8 months ago.... No more back ache, no more period pain, and no more being moody. I feel more relaxed now than I have done in years!

Ive heard evening primrose oil helps but see your doc, today you don't need to suffer there is far more meds out there now!!!

Stay away from caffeine and chocolate. As much as your body craves those things during PMS, they are major sources of it.

star flower oil comes in capsules and is meant to be loads more effective than evening primrose

take a calcium supp. also exercise. its helped me. along with primrose oil. cut back caffiene and booze. also, take one advil or motrin a week before your period starts. take them before the symptoms start. and where pads, not tampons.
