That's funny you asking that only because i only liked spicy food when i was pregnant,but it never made the sickness worse it just gave more heart burn and burning in the throat after vomitting.My suggestion is drink some very cold water when u know your going to b sick .It will help sooth your throat.

yes!! spicy food makes me sick til this day at 6 mos .. but you can probably take some pepto prior to eating spicy foods it may help a bit

for me it was eating anything before going to bed. I dont dare go near spicy foods ever because I have heartburn so bad.

yes. your entire digestive system is freaking out. that's normal during pregnancy. heartburn, indigestion, nausea. oh, it's so much fun.
