I agree with BOTH above me. Relax, do only small sets at first. Wait a few days before you do ur routine again. Add more reps/sets as you go along. AND DRINK PLENTY OF WATER. Cramps come (mostly) from dehydration. Lactic acid build up causes the BURNING sensation. Don't confuse cramping with burning.

Cramps result from a buildup of lactic acid, produced by your muscle's metabolism while working out. It is normal. When the cramps get worse, stop your workout. Rest for 1-2 minutes and resume your workout.

Also, as stated above...drink PLENTY of water.

Dont go so fast..relax and try doing smaller sets.
