I've been pregnant 3 times and all 3 were different except for the following early symptoms. Nausea, sore breasts, headaches, mood swings and last but not least "that feeling". The earliest I was able to find out I was pregnant was my last one and that was by taking a home pregnancy test 4 days before my period was due. The latest I found out was with my second pregnancy and that was after 2 failed home pregnancy test and one failed clinic test. 4 weeks after I was late, It was confirmed through a blood test by my family doctor. Hope this helps.

These sound more like flu symptoms than anything. She may have a cold or maybe allergies. However, nausea, upset stomach, fatigue and aches and pains are associated with pregnancy symptoms as well. There are other pregnancy symptoms to look for as well - sore breasts, light spotting or a missed period, morning sickness, etc. Since her period should be here shortly you should wait and see if her period does come. If it doesn't then she should definitely take a home pregnancy test. First Response is accurate and can be taken about 3 to 4 days before her period is due. Otherwise if her symptoms last longer than a week she should see a doctor.

It's a definite maybe!
Breast changes, especially tenderness is a classic sign of early pregnancy.
The cramping and spotting *could* be an implantation pain and bleed - that's when the newly fertilized egg burrows its way into the wall of the uterus.
A few women also experience excessive saliva during pregnancy, it's called ptyalism and some people find it quite an annoyance.
Usually there is not enough of the pregnancy hormone HCG present in urine to be detected until the day your period would have been due, i.e. about 14 days after ovulation. Even if you are pregnant, this means that without enough for the test to go on, you would get a "false negative" result. Test again on day 14, if you still feel pregnant and it's still negative, wait two days then test again.

Still too early for a test and some of the symptoms sound like they are in your head, But some sound like actual symptoms that you can experience early . Like the sore breasts, and the slight bleeding. Both of those can be signs. Now the headaches and the breasts being larger and saliva, etc..I think that its a little too early for all that. BUT that doesnt mean your not pregnant. Just wait until your at least 13 or 14 DPO then try your test again. Good Luck!

The doctors office can give you a very accurate blood pregnancy test that can determine weather or not you're pregnant as early as 1 week after conception, it is nearly 100% accuracy. The symptoms you have sound like you could be. So you can wait and do an at home test after you've missed your period or go get the blood pregnancy test done, if you do go to the doctors you have to ask for the blood test or they'll just do a urine test.

Well most of the time in the first 3mos you don't really have any symptoms, other than the missed periods. But each woman is different and some of them have difference experiences. The things that you are experiencing could be from a number of other things. Such as cyst on your ovaries, or problems with your uterus. Even at home test can be wrong about pregnancy, a positive result could mean other problems. That's why its always best to be checked by a doctor. Good luck!

The first sign of pregnancy I had was sore breasts and heartburn. Some people do get morning sickness early on (the water in the mouth). The spotting could be implantation bleeding (when the egg implants).
You can only be sure by doing a test. Clear Blue will tell you a few days before you are due.

They could be, but can be hard to tell the difference between pre-menstrual and pregnant sometimes, especially when cycle is a bit messed up. As you know, the test is the only sure way of knowing.

you could be pregnant. the symptoms of cramping and spotting are a sign but could be another health problem either. Please do go and make a drs appointment, as if you're not pregnant, there may be something else up. it is better to have your mind at rest and find out what's going on. Best of luck.
