Depends how dry and how long they have been in the warped state. If you dug them into the ground still fairly wet from the pressure treating and they havn't completely dried in a warped state, sometimes it is possible to straighten them out by putting a solid and straight 4 x 4 on each side (vertically) of the warped post. Now using a strong cableing device tighten the two posts AROUND the warped one until you begin to see it straighten. Then using large heavy duty wood screws, tighten to secure and let the warped post set and dry for several days. Another trick is to make a small indiscreet saw cut in the warped area to help the process along. If this doesn't work, you will be pulling out the post and digging in new ones!

Are you asking about leaning posts or twisted like a pretzel?
For leaning posts you can do two things. 1. In the spring when the ground is very wet attach a come-a-long to the post and gradually add pressure with the come-a-long to pull the post level. This method will take a few days. 2.Dig out the post and reinstall level.
For twisted posts the only thing to do is replace them with new posts that are dry.

Screw a 8 foot 2x4 to the post and let it angle to whatever you can anchor it to put a little pressure on it opposite the twist and screw the bottom to whatever you have, I had my deck to anchor it to. The you just keep wetting it while the sun beats on it. Spray it with water occasionally and it will twist back. I had at least inch and a half twists in three of my posts and they are as straight as when I bought them.
