uhmmm i think ibuprofen is best and if you dont want anyone to know that you are cramping or on your period just say you have a bad headache! :P lol
or CHOCOLATE! YUMMM and im not saying that becasue everyone else loves it im saying it because its pERfect for that time of the month!
And exersize take a nice walk and it should a help a bunch

No way round it, sorry, but that's the truth.
Painkillers might heal for a bit, but period pains come everymonth so yeap, you gotta go through it.
Helps with child birth though, it's said that the pain isnt that bad during then if you have period pains now.

Exercise! A nice long walk followed by a hot bath and a dose of midol will do the trick!!

jzt chill n dont worry evrione goez throught thz, and i should guezz u use do some exercise and drink plenty of water n try to be cheerfull coz, if u FREAK OUT then it tendz to go worser

how old are you? midol and a heating pad and sleep is the best thing.

pop pain killers, lay in bed in the fetal position and cry... : ( thats what I do.
