None. Situps are a waist of motion, I do crunches. They are similar but only focus on the abdominals. I do about 10 minutes worth among other things.

50 here 50 there while i'm at work just to keep myself motivated since i work 12 hour shifts here at the office. i also jump rope...50 then another 50 later on.
