Indeed they would. Also, they would require you to deposit 5% of your paycheck to a paypal account for anyone level 1 and below. As a level 1'er myself, these free points and/or $$$ wouldn't be a bad thing. But I am offended by the way we are portrayed in the media as entitlement-hungry slackers -- so I am working hard to put food on the table and points in my Q&A.
