They are all good ones to write about and all will have a lot of information on the web.... Most importantly, what are you interested in or know more about... it will be easier to write a paper when it is on something that interests you or that you know a lot about... it will keep your interest as you are researching and writing it.
Me, I would pick global warming and human trafficking and maybe birth defects...

If you're going to be presenting the paper with a speech go with birth defects, but if you're going to just type something up go with AI or Computer Crime.

They are all interesting ideas and any one of them are worthy of a paper.
If I were writing the paper I would focus on
Global Warming. The more people are aware of this looming catastrophe the more likely they will work for change.
