Do NOT get vaccinated.

A vaccinated person is MORE likely to get a disease than a non-vaccinated person. The whole theory of vaccination is flawed. It causes a weakening of the immune system thus making those who are innoculated more susceptible to disease.
There are so many awful side effects to vaccination that it should be considered extremely dangerous.
Just sit back and think for a while.
Is there any sense in injecting a disease directly into your body.
We have been subjected to an awful mind control program to enable the drug manufacturers to make a fortune.

If you go to the vaccination liberation web page, at
http://www.vaclib.org/exemption.htm
You will find all the forms necessary to provide exemption for your child.

Stop worrying about it. Apprehension makes the pain worse. You could take some tylenol 1/2 hr in advance as well. And, relax for the shot. A tense muscle will make it hurt more. And remember, it's not like a scaplel is cutting into you, or a nasty scratch with a nail or something. It's a tiny, incredibly thin needle. It barely makes a hole and it heals up really fast. And, one more thing, shots are given to infants at about 5 weeks old. If they can survive it, surely you can too.

Depending on what kind of shot.....You should take an Anti-Inflammatory such as Ibprofen (Advil)/ or Tylenol. Take it about 10-15minutes beofre your shot. This will help with the pain and by the time you get the shot you should be fine.

Do not watch th shot being inserted into you arm. It will cause your body to tense up. It will hurt less afterwards if you stay relaxed during the procedure.
