You should do something that really shows your skills maybe chose an unusual subject matter but steer clear of really controversial things or strong sexual matter (you never know who may view it). Also if possible use bold colors that catch the eye maybe just a spot or two (like one red flower among a bunch of yellow ones, a bright green door on muted colored buildings).
You could also chose a subject you really like as your base then go from there to expand on it.
Do have fun exploring your options and maybe get a sketchbook and doodle a few ideas then ask friends or family for opinions. ;)

make anything you want! aniything you feel like! you have the whole world to make. art comes from your heart and mind. nobody can tell you what to make. well except me. just kidding. that was a lame joke. whatever. just listen to your heart. make it up. dont look on the internet.
