I have been darken due to sun...can become fair again?
I look to be in brownish white...can I become fair than my body color??

There are some lotions and creams that contain the ingredient hydroquinone - 2% is the required use. Most skin lightening creams and lotions contain this ingredient, for example Palmers Skin Success Fade Milk and Cream or the Fair and White Skin Products. Also you can periodically use cocoa butter fat. That is known to lighten skin tones a little, but can be exceedingly oily since its a moisturizer in pure form. Hope it helps.

Well...you can use Hydroquinoine. Ask your dermatologist about this. It is available over the counter as well in a 2% form. It works!!
