It depends. If you are talking about seven days from the day your period started, then it's unlikely. If you are talking about seven days from the day your period ended, then you are getting closer to the time you ovulate, which is about 14 days from the first day of your last period.

You see the counting goes like this... You should count the first day of your period as day #1.. If you have a regular menstrual cycle meaning 28 days, the lucky number is #14. That's the time you ovulate. So from #1 to #10, it is unlikely for you to get pregnant. Day #12 is still safe but a sperm cell can survive inside the female's body for 48 hours so there is a big chance that when you ovulate, the sperm is still alive and can meet your egg cell resulting to fertilization... I used to date a girl who is an RN. She always told me the optimal time for a woman to get pregnant is between day 14 and 21. However it is possible after 1 week.

Although it is possible to get pregnant at any time during the month, even DURING your period, doctors generally say that mid cycle (approx. 14 days after the beginning of your period) is usually the most likely time to conceive.

Just kidding. Just take a pregnancy test. Stress about "What if" will make you even more late. If you take the test and it comes out negative then you're cool, if not then congrats!!
