There is'nt really a certain speed for exercise. If you didn't really exercise before pregnancy then start off slow. Start by walking at your normal Pace and go for a 15 minute walk. Increase your routine walk at the same speed for 20 minute..... Every time try to go at least 5 minutes more. Don't just do a lot the first time. Your body will let you know how much you can do so go with what your body tells you. The plan here is to obtain enough endurance that you'll be needing for a successful delivery. Remember drink plenty of fluids when exercising. Good luck.

You just go at your own pace, any walking, no matter how slow is good exercise.

there is no such thing as a good speed, if your body will let you walk fast, walk fast, if not dont do it, you may just need to take short breaks so your back doesnt hurt
