Cleaned out your closet, do you still have those old clothes that the wardrobe wears instead of you?........

I just moved into a new apartment so....I had to do a lot of cleaning out!!! When going through all the stuff that you have and packing...you sit here going...I STILL HAVE THIS??? I have made it my NEW goal that whenever I decide to take myself on a rather large shopping spree to get rid of (if possible) the same amount of shirts/pants as I brought in! I usually donate it to my pastors family (he has 9 kids...i think they need it more than I do..ha ha) or take it to a local goodwill type of establishment. This way...you have more room for the new and trendy and are helping others at the same time. It feels GREAT!

I cleaned out my closet 3 days ago I found things that I no longer were and things that are to small for my husband as well

I have to get a new wardrobe every season I grow so fast! But I know what you mean, if I didn't grow in 2050 I'd still have clothes from 2010! LOL!

Wow.. I haven't cleaned my closet out in FOREVER.
And yes, I have a bad habit of keeping old clothes. I'm a firm believer that history repeats itself every couple of decades. (And it does.. those 'flare' jeans you girls are wearing were actually once known as 'bellbottoms' and 'elephant legs'.. and my generation was wearing miniskirts with leggings underneath before most of you were even born!)
Besides, it's nice to dig through the closet on a rainy afternoon and find something you haven't seen in years.

I clean my closet twice a year, spring and fall. Whatever I do not wear that season goes to the needy!!

Last month! I recently got married so I had to clear out tons of my clothes to make way for my wife's stuff. She has her own wardrobe too ;-)

3 years, since ive been married, ive had the same clothes never changed i hate to keep buyin new ones so i wait til they get old, darn things dont want to get old, they always look new,

heck yeah, I clean it but cant get rid of the stuff that I know will NEVER fit again
