Its the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive. You can search to find out more.
Mostly concerns disposal of old electronic and electrical equipment.
( I thought I had bad eyes, but at least I saw you had written three EEE's)

it's indeed the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive 2002/96/EC and 2003/108/EC. lots of refs to it on the web. it's about the disposal of old equipment.

wee= usually means tiny....for example "a wee babe"
weee= something a child usually screams when they are having fun...."push the swing daddy...higher...higher...weee"
Hope that helps a wee bit for you now.

That looks like the noise you would make if you were going down a slide or something. If you mean wee, it means small or a pee pee.
