where is the circuit breaker for the power windows located in my 92 Subaru leagacy wagon?

Assuming you are in N.America, It would be the fuse box you are looking for and it is a panel under the steering column on the left side (drivers door) . Just give a small pull and it will come out. It has a map of what fuse is what?

The circuit breaker and relay for the power windows is on a brackett under the carpet under the drivers seat.

It's probably the door switch that is bad if the windows won't work.
