Normal hcg levels vary very widely from pregnancy to pregnancy, so it might mean nothing. Very high hcg can also mean you are having multiples. It can also mean your baby might have Down's Syndrome.
Several studies have shown that both hCG levels and levels of the beta sub-unit of hCG are higher in the presence of a fetus with Down's syndrome than in a fetus with a normal chromosome count.
If your hcg levels are abnormally high, your doctor will refer you to have amniocentesis to rule out Down's, if you wish.

particular, bigger hcg ranges can point out twins, yet you will desire to Google seek HCG ranges and you will somewhat detect a link of the "levels" that are favourite for weeks gestation. yet Hcg ranges at the instant are not a stable thank you to be sure twins inevitably reason there are particularly some people who've intense ranges and finally end up having basically one! stable success
