Open Internet Explorer
On the top bar, click "Tools - Internet Options - Delete Cookies".

if you use explorer... click tools....internet options....on the old explorere there is a delete cookies button... on the new explorer under the general tab there is a browsing section, click delete button. :-)

it's really not necessary to delete cookies they don't take up that much room. but if you really want to look in tools menu then options
