I just bought a computer from my brother and its only a year-old computer. I wanted to go to a site I go to all the time and well, it wouldn't let me. Can someone help me by telling me how to go the that site?

Your brother may have set restrictions on the content that could be accessed. In your web browser, go to your Tools menu. Click on internet options. Click on the content tab. Make sure the content advisor is disabled. This will allow the internet to freely bring up any web page. Note, that unrated web sites such as business sites will sometimes be blocked if the content advisor is enabled.

what's the site might help does it need a user/pass site don't just lock unless you need to be a member or purchase a membership
