Good idea, maybe you should put it to Mr Blair who can then get approval for this from Mr Bush. That is after Mr Bush's advisors have explained it to him using crayons and pretty pictures.
That is after all how Mr Blair works isn't it. Surely it can't have anything to do with what the people living in the U.K want can it.

For me, it particularly is an afternoon of Remembrance. fairly considering we glance at conflict with somebody each and every time the holiday comes around. with a bit of luck, some day that isn't take place. yet with people you in no way understand..

I feel the accountants in the government will be complaining about loss of revenue or searching for another bank holiday that they can remove and substitute for it. I think it a good idea though.

Because it is on a Sunday, which in all fairness was a public day of rest years ago. It is just the supermarket culture that we live in that have destroyed this Sabbath!
