Months after pleading guilty, Representative Bob Ney finally resigned last Friday. Should he have been forced to resign when he pled guilty, and being that he's been drawing paychecks paid for by taxpayers--should he return every congressional paycheck he's gotten since his guility plea?

He should have resigned long before now. I don't know if legally he should return salary, but morally I see a strong case.

He should have resigned much earlier and I think that would be a good idea to give his paycheck that he's gotten back since his guilty plea.
