Absolutely not ....Here's why: Studies have linked aspirin to various pregnancy complications. A few studies show that taking aspirin around the time of conception and in early pregnancy is associated with an increased risk of miscarriage. And some researchers believe that taking aspirin at adult doses during pregnancy might affect the baby's growth and may slightly increase the risk of a placental abruption. Aspirin is generally not recommended during pregnancy. It's a blood thinner, and you want to be careful about anything that affects your blood since everything about it will affect the baby.
I recommend consulting your doctor before taking it. If there's a reason you need it they can advise you how much is safe.

My OB was going to have me go on baby aspirin for my 2nd pregnancy. She said that it's been shown to help decrease the risk of pre-elampsia. I never went on it though.

None!
You should not be taking any kind of aspirin while pregnant.
Avoid non-steroidal pain medications such as ibuprofen (Advil, Aleve) and aspirin while you are pregnant. Acetaminophen (Tylenol) is considered to be safe through most of your pregnancy.

I don't know...I was told by my dr not to take any aspirin. So, unless it is prescribed by your dr for some specific reason don't take it.
