A black raw silk, very fitted shift-dress, sleeveless and with a slit 'boat'-neckline. The neckline is important because she has a very long, slender neck and a v-line cut will only make her neck look longer. She'll look slightly unbalanced visually with a v-line or deep-cut neckline. The shift-dress should be at knee-length, no higher. Black, sheer tights, and black high-heels. Large, round pearl earrings that don't dangle - again nothing drawing attention to her extremely long neck.
The raw silk catches the light and adds visual texture, so no necklace required.
Add some colour with a claret-coloured clutch bag.
Hmmm...yes, I think that would do nicely for a court appearance.

Definitely a trouser suit. She is a trouser suit person even on glittering red carpet occasions. She wore a white one back to front at the Oscars one year. It had strong shoulders and was very straight cut. She is rather a plain dresser generally but that's part of her style - understated elegance.

Well whatever you design for her and considering that she is married, I would suggest that underneath the fabulous design that you have created, she wear no underwear at all so that it does not put out of shape her exquisite body which would become disorientated with such cumbersome materials that I am sure you will use for your design.
Am I right?

Since Ms. Dion is a very classy lady, it makes me think something conservative yet still classy & elegant...i.e., a champagne colored silk pant suit richly embroidered with stunningly beautiful, hand-made Italian lace.

Its a kind of norm to wear formal dress in court, specially for counsel's, they must wear dark suits. I guess she would adopt a formal dress up too orelse she would look different than. I dont know, just assumed

White tailored suit with a black boob tube top (although you would not see it as a boob tube, it would just have that look at the V of the jacket).
I don't know why I would think that, but that is what popped into my head when I read your question!
GOOD LUCK!!!

Oh dear, I'm sorry. I assumed this was a jokey question and was going to say "Hopefully, a bag over her head".
But you're obviously serious and I apologise.
Hope you get some good answers.
