My makeup SUCKS!

What you need to use on your face is Clean & Clear Deep Action Cream Cleanser. Then you must use MAC studio fix makeup.
Studio Fix is foundation that combines good coverage with ease of application. Designed to be used dry, the powder and pigments create a matte, velvety texture. It contains Silica, which helps to maintain a matte finish by absorbing oils on the skin. This product is long-wearing.
In addition to Studio Fix foundation, I also use
MAC Blot Powder.
I know its a little costly but its the only makeup brand that works. MAC is the best makeup brand - they offer EVERYTHING, so many colors and GREAT quality. You will look beautiful without the shine.

Well first of all, if your make-up sucks, what type are you using? Bare Minerals is the above all, best make-up that you can ever put on your face. You can get it at the Galleria or the Arden Fair Mall or at any other well known big mall.

yeah i agree that it depends on ur skin type.. for example, i knew a girl w/ AWESOME skin.. so nice, no pores. she just used covergirl translucent powder! but me, i have oily, large pores, uneven and red blotchy skin =T. the one foundation/powder that i've bought again is the Merle Norman Luxiva Foundation/Powder with a wet sponge. it has great coverage, and doesn't feel to heavy. but u have to keep trying out new things.. maybe u can go to sephora and get some samples (they are there to help! u don't have to buy unless u like it, and they have a pretty good return policy, 30 days w/ receipt).
also at merle norman, they do makeovers for you. so i liked how they did my eyeliner w/ the gel pot and brush, so i bought that. i also bought the eyebrow powder, it Really makes a difference to frame your face!!! :)
if u have time, try looking at www.makeupalley.com... it's a site that has users post up their reviews of the makeup they purchase, and they rate it. that's how i also found the MakeUpForever liquid Foundation called Matte Velvet for "special occasions".. it was rated like 70% of users were willing to buy it again. it's $40 at Sephora, but i use it w/ a foundation brush and in pictures it makes my skin look so good! kinda uncomfortable to wear daily, but i really like it when i go to weddings and stuff. good luck!

Bare Minerals is amazing. I started using it a month ago, and everyone says my skin looks like a chinadoll. You can get it at Sephora, or a Bare Escentuals boutique if there is one in your area, or of course you can get it online. Ebay too. Go to www.bareescentuals.com. Get the starter kit, it comes with a how-to DVD.

There really is no such " best make-up " . Our skin types are different from one another so the best thing 4 u 2 do is go into a drug store cosmetics counter and speak to a beauty adviser. There r alot of great products out there but don't take the cheep route. This is the only skin we have and it deserves to be pampered

MAC. period. they are the best by far and away. you will hear people making all kinds of noise about bare minerals. if you want "hollywood" looks, forget bare minerals. on me (as a TGirl) it doesnt work. MAC does. its that cut and dried for me.

i think that mac is the best and you can get it at macys they have everything you need it can be a lot of money but it works
