No - you will be fine.
They look at your progress over the entire 4 years, not just one grade given in your senior year. A 3.7 is fantastic, they won't care.
I had a 2.7 and I still got into college and did very well. I graduated with a 3.5!

Depends what you mean by a "good" college. A 3.7 gpa isn't that great for any of the top colleges. Sorry, but they have their pick of the cream of the crop and even students with perfect gpa's may not get into their school of choice if they don't have the complete package -- diversity, community service, etc...
But a 3.7 gpa should get you into any number of colleges that have more "flexible" admissions criteria. You will do fine!

No. Don't worry so much about that. I was horrible in geometry. Many people are stronger in either algebra OR geometry. And, colleges really don't care about 9th grade geometry. They just care that you measure up to their standards. You still have a good GPA. I think when I graduated HS, I had a 2.6 and when I graduated college, I had a 3.8.

3.7 is still a lot better than what it could be, so it may do a little damage, but it's nothing some hard work couldn't fix later

Colleges look at the bottom line , the GPA, not individual courses you pass, or flunk.
