How is he now. Has he recovered. I know he is out of hospital now but thats the last l heard.

Wow, that was interesting. You said Richard Hammond. And I thought Richard Attenborough, who played John Hammond in Jurassic Park. Don't DO that to me. ;)

He was out and about on a push bike the other day so he can't be too bad. Although I have read that he's suffering with depression now that the enormity of what's happened and how lucky he's been has sunk in. I wish him the best and hope to see him on Top Gear again soon.

I read an article in the newspaper that he had written since he got home. Apparently things were in chaos - the electricity had been cut off and he had gotten nasty letters from his dog groomer for not paying his bill. also, the dog had had a dirty protest in the spare bedroom so he wished he was back in hospital, god love him !

He is fine, he still has short term memory loss and headaches according to the press releases, but is scheduled to be back in front of the cameras for January

He's back home in Cheltenham and doing well, I saw an interview with him in a mag, but it was short, and said little more than that

The last i heard on that subject is that he is perfect (mostly) and is already filming top gear again

apparently he's at his home and he is back to normal, but has to 'rest'.

He's a very lucky bloke, Jeremy Carkson said that all he had was a chipped tooth.
