Everyone has a right to their own lifestyle...but in their OWN HOME. Not the workplace. I would report him, definitely! But I would need some hard evidence to prove what I saw. Either get some evidence, because this will get him fired (especially if you're a student and caught the school janitor dressed like that at a school), or mention it to a teacher and have them take care of it. Pray you're able to get that picture out of our mind soon, I feel for you, I really do. Hope you're not having nightmares about it.

so i take it he was out of uniform??? is that what you are reporting him for?? or for sexual harrassment? reporting him because he had pink undies on and nipple clamps is not something to report.

as long as he wasn't parading around in front of children like that, i say leave him alone. though i'm sure he's violating some policy dressing like that on school grounds.
