Oh I would pay my own bill and excuse myself from the table. I'm sure they all have cell phones (to call someone for money) and ATM cards somewhere in their purses.

In the future when you are ordering ask for separate checks this will get the who's paying thing out of the way. IF they really forgot money / credit cards then they don't eat, but drink a free glass of water.

I think you are using the word friends where it does not apply.

You speak up right then and there and inform them you only have enough money to pay for your own meal. Then you call the manager over to the table and inform the manager there is a problem with your "friends" paying their part and they can take it up with the manager.

Before going out to eat, I would make sure everyone has their share of paying the bill. Make it clear that you would to go out and eat but cannot afford to be paying anyone's half of the bill and will only be paying for your half. After making your statement, the guilty parties would probably decline at that point and admit they cannot afford to go.

Tell them that if i always heve to pay i will go with other people.

Or

Tell them that if you always pay then they have to start paying you back.

Or

Tell them that if you always end up paying i will take u to court to get money.

Or

Tell them that you forgot your purse and then make them pay.

Or

Just don't hang out with them any more.

I gave you all of my suggestions so now you can pick one or go with another answer

Yes it happen to me. When we are being taken advantage of it's own fault for letting it happen. Before going anywhere with these people ask if they have money because they owe you dinner,if they say no then don't go.You owe them nothing, just because you may have money. Stand up for yourself.

THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME, BUT I WOULD PAY FOR MY BILL AND INFORM THE WAITRESS THAT I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ADDITONAL PARTY, WHICH THEY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR. IF THEY HAVE TO WASH A COUPLE OF PLATES, THEN SO BE IT. SOONER OR LATER THEY WILL STOP PICKING YOUR POCKETS
