Don't forgot the libs tried to have all absentee ballots thrown out. Knowing the majority would vote for Republicans. Considering the majority are our beloved Armed Forces fighting and dieing for us they if anyone should have the right to vote.

Since the trigger event that you speak of (Dems not winning either house) is a virtual impossibility, the question is pointless. You proceed from a false assumption. If there are suits to be filed, by guess is that it will be by the GOP.
