I was a Criminal Justice Major.
The criminal justice (B.A.) major provides opportunities for the study of many facets of the criminal justice system, and it will interest students who plan to attend graduate or professional school or to pursue careers in criminal justice or other forms of public service.
The Bachelor of Science degree is offered in computer information systems, correctional studies, criminal justice, criminal justice administration and planning, fire science, forensic science, legal studies, police studies, and security management.

As a sufferer of a violent crime, i do no longer think there is this kind of situation as genuine justice for criminals. this is very genuine while they homicide somebody, and somebody in my relatives replaced into murdered, so i think of i will declare with certainty that there is not any "justice" to equivalent what that individual did to us. they could spend their entire existence in reformatory, they could be issued the dying Penalty; yet regardless of in the event that they obtain it, and ninety 9% of them never do, it nevertheless won't carry back the guy they killed. yet permitting them to out on Parole, as quickly as they took somebody's entire existence, is downright stupid IMO. And doing that makes a bleeping mockery of what they have achieved to the sufferer's relatives.

hmm...I'm a Cj major, and unless the difference is what your discipline is more geared towards (say, are you taking more forensics courses or cources based around corrections, police management, etc.) Then I can't really tell the difference. Sorry I couldn't be any more clear...
