If you mean the new season of ER on NBC, it already started(at least in the states, don't know about other places). It's been on since Sept 28.

it starts in January on the UK (C4)
PS darryl, 'channel 4' is the name of a station in the UK- it's not just number 4 channel of programs. try being a bit less rude and a bit more educated before assuming only americans use the internet...
