A dark eyeshadow works great. It looks like eyeliner and you can lighten it up easily.

I love the new Victoria Secret Very Sexy Liquid eyeliner in Blackout.
It has a smooth application and a sturdy tip. At $12 it is worth a little extra money to get a great eyeliner

Believe it or not, I'm fair skinned, but that company called Milani (make-up for darker skin) makes a really good pencil and liquid eye liner. It lasts all day and is CHEAP.

just got this great eyeliner... its like a chesil tip... and you can make a thin line or thick one... or both to make yourself appear well rested... i got the tip from angelina jolie...
