Lots, but they also spend lots too.
Disney spends over $100million a year just to upkeep Magic Kingdom. That doesn't include the other 3 theme parks, 2 water parks, resorts, and many other things.
Disney has more then 58,000 cast members (employees), spending more then $1.1 billion on payroll and $478million on benefits.
At MGM Studios one show of Fantasmic costs $79,000. During the summer they have 2 shows, and holiday season 3 shows.
The Osborne Family Spectacle of Lights holds more than 5million lights during the holiday season at MGM.
Over 1,500 Christmas trees are on site covered with decorations throughout Christmas time.

Although they make money out the behind daily, they also spend lots too to satisfy the guests.
