I am not familiar with that particular area. I do work with School Districts and Universities in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Try to look at the major colleges and universities nearby that are trying to educate future pre-service teachers. Also, sometimes elementary schools offer head start programs for pre-kindergarten students. Hopefully this helps in your region.
